(Alliance News) - Servizi Italia Spa announced Monday that the shareholders' meeting appointed the seven new members of the board of directors that will serve for the three-year period 2024- 2026.

The new board is thus composed of Roberto Olivi as chairman, Ilaria Eugeniani, Michele Magagna, Roberta Labanti, Umberto Zuliani, Benedetta Pinna, and Antonio Aristide Mastrangelo.

All board members, with the exception of Antonio Aristide Mastrangelo, were drawn from the list submitted by the majority shareholder Aurum Spa, which owns about 62.42 percent of the share capital and received the favorable vote of about 91.88 percent of the shares represented at the meeting.

Mastrangelo was drawn from the list submitted by minority shareholder Everest Srl, holder of a 5.03 percent stake in the share capital.

Servizi Italia's stock is up 0.3 percent at EUR1.80 per share.
