Wuolads S.L. announced that it has received €5,000,000 in a round of funding led by Seaya Capital Gestión, SGEIC, S.A. on February 24, 2022. The transaction also included participation from Alter Capital Desarrollo, SGEIC, S.A., Proeduca Altus, S.A. and prominent figures from the EdTech sector and the creation of communities in Spanish.
Proeduca Altus SA is a Spain-based company active in the educational sector. It provides university online courses. The Company is composed by the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), UNIR Mexico and Madrid International University Center (CUNIMAD). It has offices in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia with a presence in the United States of America through Marconi International University and in Peru through the Neumann Business School.
