Through hotel operations segment, it owns hospitality assets, including Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre; Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur; Mercure Penang Beach; Ascott Gurney Penang; Travelodge Georgetown; Travelodge Ipoh, and Travelodge Honmachi Osaka, Osaka City, Japan. It also invests in two residential assets: Nomad Bangsar Serviced Residences, Kuala Lumpur and Tanjung Point Residences, Penang. It also owns Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi.
