PKO BP's extraordinary general meeting has decided to appoint new members to its supervisory board: Maciej Cieslukowski, Hanna Kuzinska, Szymon Midera, Andrzej Oslizlo, Marek Panfil, Marek Radzikowski, Pawel Waniowski and Katarzyna Zimnicka?Jankowska. They were all nominated by the State Treasury. Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska has been appointed chairwoman of the PKO BP's supervisory board.

The bank's shareholders have decided to dismiss eight of its previous members: Mariusz Andrzejewski, Wojciech Jasinski, Dominik Kaczmarski, Rafal Kos, Tomasz Kuczur, Maciej Lopinski, Robert Pietryszyn and Bogdan Szafranski. According to the statute, PKO BP's supervisory board consists of 5 to 13 members appointed for a joint three-year term. The number of members of the supervisory board is determined by the authorised shareholder - the State Treasury.

Currently, the PKO BP supervisory board consists of 10 members.
