Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 1,976 million compared to USD 2,291 million a year ago. Net income was USD 72 million compared to USD 86 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 6,432 million compared to USD 7,548 million a year ago. Net income was USD 135 million compared to USD 602 million a year ago.
Orbia Advance Corporation SAB de CV, formerly Mexichem SAB de CV, is a Mexico-based company engaged in the industrial sector. The Companyâs activities are divided into five business groups: Precision Agriculture, Building & Infrastructure, Fluor, Data Communication and Polymer Solutions. The Precision Agriculture business includes Netafim brand, which develops irrigation systems and related services, as well as offers technology for farming digitalization. The Building & Infrastructure business offers pipes for multiple building applications through Wavin brand.
