Unilin BV agreed to acquire Lentex Wykladziny Sp. z o. o. from Lentex S.A. (WSE:LTX) for €20 million on April 25, 2022. As of September 27, 2022, the deal has received environmental permission from Lubliniec Governor.

Lentex SA, formerly Zaklady Lentex SA, is a Poland-based floor covering and nonwovens manufacturer. The Companyâs product portfolio includes residential and commercial polyvinyl chloride (PVC) floor coverings, nonwovens, such as flat, fluffy and spun lace fabrics applied in various industries, as well as sport floor coverings systems.
