GAMRAT Spolka Akcyjna commences share repurchases on June 23, 2021, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 23, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase to repurchase 1,336,040 shares, representing 19.99% of its issued share capital. The purchase price per share may be lower than the nominal price, i.e. PLN 8.73 and not higher than PLN 28.
Lentex SA, formerly Zaklady Lentex SA, is a Poland-based floor covering and nonwovens manufacturer. The Companyâs product portfolio includes residential and commercial polyvinyl chloride (PVC) floor coverings, nonwovens, such as flat, fluffy and spun lace fabrics applied in various industries, as well as sport floor coverings systems.
