Lanson-BCC commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 10% of its issued share capital, for €30 million, under the authorization approved on April 29, 2021.

Lanson-BCC (ENXTPA:ALLAN) commences a share repurchases on June 23, 2021, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Combined General Meeting held on April 29, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of its share capital, for €30 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of €30 per share.

The shares will be used for exchange or as payment as part of external growth operations, reduce the capital by canceling shares. The authorization will be valid for a period of 18 months.
