KSS Holdings Co.,Ltd. acquired 18.35% stake in Korea Steel Shapes Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A007280) from Ub Ninth Securitization Specialty Co., Ltd. for KRW 13.2 billion on September 18, 2018. KSS Holdings Co.,Ltd. acquired 3.3 million shares at KRW 4000 per share. The Board of Korea Steel Shapes resolved in favor of the deal on September 18, 2018.
KSS Holdings Co.,Ltd. completed the acquisition of 18.35% stake in Korea Steel Shapes Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A007280) from Ub Ninth Securitization Specialty Co., Ltd. on September 18, 2018. Eugene Private Equity used own funds to acquire the stake and paid the consideration on September 28, 2018. After the transaction, Ub Ninth Securitization Specialty Co., Ltd. holds no stake in Korea Steel Shapes Co., Ltd.
