Allianz SE (DB:ALV) is looking to buy majority stake in Kompanija Dunav Osiguranje a.d.o. (BELEX:DNOS), government source says. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Finance Corporation are also interested to buy the stake but the government would prefer Allianz, according to sources. Dunav's shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE) have jumped from RSD 500 to RSD 900 per share since the beginning of May amid the sale speculation.
