Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,500,000 shares, representing 3.76% of its issued share capital for ¥2,500 million. The purpose of the program is increasing capital efficiency and increasing earnings per share.
The program is valid till December 20, 2022. As of May 20, 2022, the company had 66,510,271 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 3,500,600 shares in treasury.
