Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:5019) entered into an business transfer agreement to acquire Gasoline and Kerosene business of Joyful Honda Co., Ltd on February 3, 2020. The consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction is expected to completed between April 1, 2020 to June 20, 2020.
