JAC Recruitment Co., Ltd. reported consolidated financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2021. For the six months, the company reported operating income of ¥3,298 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥2,201 million or ¥54.38 per basic share and ¥54.37 per diluted share on net sales of ¥11,951 million against operating income of ¥3,344 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥627 million or ¥15.29 per basic share and ¥15.29 per diluted share on net sales of ¥12,039 million for the same period of last year.
JAC Recruitment Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the recruiting business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Domestic Recruitment segment mainly introduces candidates for indefinite employees to the recruiting company, and charges to the recruiting company as a success fee when the candidate joins the Company. The Domestic Recruitment Advertisement segment is engaged in the publishing of job offerings from recruiting companies on the recruitment advertisement Website under the name CareerCross. The Overseas segment expands the functions of the Japan Desk, which introduces job seekers working in Asian countries to domestic residents, strengthens the list of applicants who wish to change jobs overseas, and proceeds with the establishment of account management for multinational companies.
