Hyundai HCN Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A126560) acquired an additional 1.8% stake in HCN Seocho Co., Ltd. for KRW 1.2 billion on November 27, 2012. Hyundai HCN acquired 0.04 million shares at the price of KRW 0.029 million per share and increased its holding in HCN Seocho Co., Ltd. to 1.97 million shares representing 88.6% stake. HCN Seocho Co., Ltd. had total assets of KRW 75.06 billion, net assets of KRW 64.26 billion, net income of KRW 3.72 billion and revenues of KRW 22.8 billion for the year ended December 31, 2011.
