Hyundai HCN Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A126560) acquired Hyundai Hcn Seocho Cable Co., Ltd for KRW 32.5 billion on January 1, 2019. As per the transaction, Hyundai HCN acquired 2 million shares of Hyundai Hcn Seocho Cable for KRW 16,250 per share. Prior to the transaction, Hyundai HCN did not hold any stake in Hyundai Hcn Seocho Cable. Upon completion, Hyundai HCN holds the entire stake in Hyundai Hcn Seocho Cable.
