GTPL Hathway Limited announced that the based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held on November 3, 2023, has appointed Mr. Saurav Banerjee as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") of the Company with effect from November 16, 2023 in place of Mr. Anil Bothra, who has resigned as the CFO and KMP of the Company effective on November 15, 2023 to move for career progression. Mr. Saurav Banerjee, aged 57 years, is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, specializes in leadership for strategy planning, restructuring, franchise initiatives, funds management, controllership, risk management, financial accounting, audits, profitability, cost analysis, process transition, ERP implementation, and stakeholders' management (including Board and Audit Committee). Mr. Banerjee has worked with
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Radio Mirchi, GATI Limited, Rosy Blue (India), Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited and KEAN Group.
