Genex Infosys Limited announced that the Board of Directors has decided to sign an agreement with "Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd.". Under this agreement Genex will be managing the Customer Experience Operations for the Telecom Operator for next 5 years. The Agreement covers services the Company has been providing since 2017, and the entire scope has been enhanced and renewed for a further 5 years.

From this project the company is expected to generate BDT 120 million revenue per year.
