FOSHAN NATIONSTAR OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,LTD Foshan NationStar Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002449) agreed to acquire a 99.87695% stake in Guangdong Fenghua Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology (Holding) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000636) for approximately CNY 270 million on August 12, 2022. As on February 28, 2022, Guangdong Fenghua Semiconductor Technology had total assets of approximately CNY 260 million and net assets of approximately CNY 190 million. The transaction has been approved by the board of Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology.
The transaction is subject to approval by shareholders of Foshan NationStar Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.
