FibraHotel reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 981.95 million compared to MXN 753.1 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 1,335.73 million compared to MXN 997.97 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 657.13 million compared to MXN 211.21 million a year ago.
For the full year, sales was MXN 4,696.35 million compared to MXN 3,109.13 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 922.51 million compared to net loss of MXN 54.17 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.1739 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.069 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.1062.
