FibraHotel reported earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 997.97 million compared to MXN 545.42 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 211.21 million compared to net loss of MXN 214.3 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.2692 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.27 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.2533.
Concentradora Fibra Hotelera Mexicana SA de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the operation of a hospitality real estate investment trust (REIT). It focuses on the acquisition, ownership, development and management of business class hotels in Mexico.
