FAWRY FOR BANKING TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS S.A.E. On January 30, 2022, Brimore Holding B.V. closed the transaction. The company received final tranche of the transaction. The company raised $25 million (EGP 393.5025 million) in the transaction.
The transaction was led by new investor International Finance Corporation and existing investor Endure Capital. The transaction also included participation from new investor Endeavor Catalyst I L.P. a fund managed by Endeavor Catalyst, Inc., existing investors Algebra Ventures, Disruptech, Khawarizmi Ventures and Vision Ventures.
