Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Nyilvánosan Mukodo Részvénytársaság (BUSE:TVK) signed a share purchase agreement to acquire remaining 74% stake in TVK Erömü Termelö es Szolgaltato Kft. from North Hungarian Electricity Supply plc. (BUSE:EMASZ) on December 19, 2014.

The closing of the transaction, the effective transfer of ownership of the shares, is expected to be in the first half of 2015.
