Emasz Approves Dividend, Payable from April 10, 2015

Emasz approved proposal to pay dividend on 2014 earnings. The company will pay HUF 900 per share dividend compared with HUF 2,950 per-share-dividend. The dividend will be paid from April 10, 2015.

Through its parent company RWE, the Company cooperates closely with its sister company, Budapesti Elektromos Muvek NyRt (ELMU). EMASZ and ELMU jointly operate Magyar Aramszolgaltato Kft.
