(MASZ Kft), a Hungarian electricity provider, which aims to recruit new customers and maintain the existing customer base of both ELMU and EMASZ. As of December 31, 2011, RWE Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH owned a 54.26% stake in the Company's capital share.
