Engie Energia Chile S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 337.3 million compared to USD 298.1 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 365.8 million compared to USD 338.7 million a year ago. Net income was USD 8.7 million compared to USD 57 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.008 compared to USD 0.054 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 980.9 million compared to USD 889.3 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,086.5 million compared to USD 996 million a year ago. Net income was USD 38.7 million compared to USD 123.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.037 compared to USD 0.117 a year ago.
