Densan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3640) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 620,100 shares, representing 11.10% of its issued share capital for ¥1,415.07 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,282 per share. Totec Amenity Limited, a majority shareholder of the company has expressed its intention to tender 587,700 shares of the company pursuant to the offer. The offer will be funded from the borrowings from financial institutions. The offer will expire on January 19, 2021.
