Densan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3640) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 291,800 shares, representing 5% of the issued share capital, at a price of ¥2,190 per share for a total of ¥639.04 million. The shares will be repurchased through Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3).
The shares will be repurchased in order to implement a flexible capital policy corresponding to changes in the business environment.
