Daiwa Motor Transportation Co., Ltd. (TSE:9082) agreed to acquire property at Sanbancho, Chiyoda District for approximately ¥660 million on May 15, 2013. Daiwa Motor entered into an agreement to acquire property at Sanbancho on May 17, 2013. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Daiwa Motor on May 15, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 25, 2013.
