From January 1, 2021 to March 23, 2021, the company has repurchased 49,154 shares, representing 0.33% for KRW 202.75 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 160,527 shares, representing 1.06% for KRW 634.25 million under the buyback announced on March 23, 2020.
Daelim Trading Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of building materials together with its subsidiaries. The Companyâs products portfolio consists of faucets, including washbasin faucets, tub faucets, sink faucets, general faucets, accessories and others, shower booths, bathtubs, steam sauna pools, bidets and others. It is also engaged in the manufacture of flatware, such as spoons, forks, knives and others, and kitchenware, such as stainless steel cookware, pressure cookers, mixing bowls, kettles and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. Its affiliated companies are mainly engaged in the distribution of construction materials, cookware and home appliances, and investment of securities.
