Janis Ltd. (NSE:5342) announced a private placement of 300,000 common shares at ¥115 per share for gross proceeds of ¥34,500,000 on November 27, 2012. The transaction was approved at the board of directors' meeting on the same day. The company will issue the shares on a third-party allocation basis to new investor, Daelim Trading Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close by December 18, 2012. The company will bear total issuance expenses of ¥200,000 for net proceeds of ¥34,300,000.
