Chosun Refractories Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A000480) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value through stabilization of stock prices. The repurchase program is valid till September 21, 2020. As of June 18, 2020, the company had 780,000 shares within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
