Comtec Systems Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 238,118.32 million compared to KRW 182,304.82 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 5,191.65 million compared to KRW 2,790.08 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 43 compared to KRW 23 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 43 compared to KRW 23 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 43 compared to KRW 23 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was KRW 628,666.61 million compared to KRW 419,294.72 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 1,889.65 million compared to net loss of KRW 1,868.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 16 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 16 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 15 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 16 compared to basic loss per share of KRW 15 a year ago.
Comtec Systems Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the provision of network integration systems for financial area. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Network Integrated segment mainly engaged in the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) business for providing integration systems used for construction of LAN and WAN, and communication network maintenance services. The New Biz segment mainly provides cloud systems and smart workplace systems. In addition, the Company also engaged in the software publishing business.
