Com7 Public Company Limited (SET:COM7) agreed to acquire remaining 40% stake in Double 7 Company Limited from Sabuy Fulfillment Company Limited on January 27, 2024. Com7 Public Company Limited (SET:COM7) will acquire 0.02 million shares of Double 7 Company Limited with 67.99 million shares. The board of SABUY Technology Public Company Limited approved the transaction.

The Double 7 Company Limited reported total assets of THB 507.68 million as on September 30, 2023. The deal is expected to be closed within February 2024.
