Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Double7 Company Limited from Com7 Public Company Limited for THB 1.4 billion.

Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited (SET:SABUY) agreed to acquire 40% stake in Double7 Company Limited from Com7 Public Company Limited (SET:COM7) for THB 1.4 billion on May 4, 2022. The transaction is subject to approval from Board of Director and shareholders of Com7 and consummation of due diligence investigation by Sabuy. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022.
