Chongqing Chuanyi Automation Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603100) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than 3,950,000 shares, representing 1% of its issued share capital, for CNY 124 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 31.3 per share.
The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentive plan. The shares will be repurchased out of own funds of the company. The plan will be valid for 12 months.
