Bukit Darah PLC announced earnings results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was LKR 32,676.200 million compared to LKR 27,668.556 million a year ago. Operating income was LKR 6,839.247 million compared to LKR 3,450.139 million a year ago. Net income was LKR 1,580.598 million compared to LKR 22.247 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was LKR 15.54 compared to LKR 0.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was LKR 15.41 compared to LKR 0.15 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was LKR 81,245.806 million compared to LKR 79,641.414 million a year ago. Operating income was LKR 16,264.515 million compared to LKR 9,277.688 million a year ago. Net income was LKR 3,145.887 million compared to net loss of LKR 98.753 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was LKR 30.22 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of LKR 0.42 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was LKR 30.76 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of LKR 1.04 a year ago.
