Beijing Yingling Investment Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer contract to acquire Beijing Jetsen Junsheng Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Jetsen Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300182) for CNY 52.1 million on November 22, 2021. As on May 31, 2021, Beijing Jetsen Junsheng Technology Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 657.4 million and net assets of CNY 58.4 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Beijing Jetsen Technology Co., Ltd.
Beijing Yingling Investment Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Beijing Jetsen Junsheng Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Jetsen Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300182) on December 22, 2021. As of December 22, 2021, Beijing Jetsen Technology has received the first equity transfer payment of CNY 31.26 million and Beijing Jetsen Junsheng Technology has completed the registration of changes related to the equity transfer.
