MB7 Participações Ltda. signed Share Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in TAKION TECHNOLOGY SA from Atom Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. (BOVESPA:ATOM3) for BRL 0.1 million on January 25, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, MB7 Participações Ltda will acquire 100% of the total and voting capital of Takion SA, and 90% of the tokens held by the Company. The total value of the transaction is BRL 0.1 million of which BRL 0.05 million is paid upon signing the contract.
