Inepar Telecomunicacoes S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire IESA Projetos, Equipamentos E Montagens S/A. from Inepar S.A. Industria e Construcoes and Inepar Equipamentos e Montagens S.A. for approximately BRL 610 million.

Inepar Telecomunicacoes S.A. (BOVESPA:INET3) entered into an agreement to acquire IESA Projetos, Equipamentos E Montagens S/A. from Inepar S.A. Industria e Construcoes (BOVESPA:INEP4) and Inepar Equipamentos e Montagens S.A. for approximately BRL 610 million on February 11, 2014. The transaction is subject to suspensive conditions, which include the consent of third parties and the approval of the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of Inepar Telecomunicacoes.
