Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings named Bentley Motors head Adrian Hallmark as its next chief executive officer, replacing Amedeo Felisa.

The U.K. luxury-car maker said Hallmark, chairman and CEO of Bentley, will start no later than Oct. 1. Felisa will remain as CEO until that time, and will oversee the introduction of new products.

Aston Martin shares at 0901 GMT were up 2.70 pence, or 1.6%, at 173.20 pence.
