Artiza Networks, Inc. (TSE:6778) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Consulting to Maintenance Inc. from an unknown individual on March 2, 2022. As per terms, Artiza Networks, Inc. will acquire 200 shares equivalent to 100% stake in Consulting to Maintenance Inc. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2022.
