Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (SET:EA) made an offer to acquire additional 19.3% stake in Amita Technologies Inc. for approximately TWD 780 million.

Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (SET:EA) made an offer to acquire additional 19.3% stake in Amita Technologies Inc. (GTSM:5233) for approximately TWD 780 million on February 21, 2018. Under the terms of the offer, Energy Absolute Public Company Limited offered to acquire minimum of 2.5 million shares and maximum of 9.7 million shares at TWD 80 per share. The transaction will be funded through working cash flow of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited.

The transaction has been approved by Board of Directors of Energy Absolute Public Company Limited on April 24, 2018. The offer will start on February 26, 2018 and will end on April 16, 2018. KGI Securities, Co.,Ltd. acted as tender offer agent to Energy Absolute Public Company Limited.
