Alpha Trust Andromeda Investment Trust SA announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase its own shares such that its holding in treasury does not exceed 10% of its share capital. The maximum price that the company will pay for each share will not be more than €50 per share and will not be lower than €1 per share.
The plan will run for a period of 24 months, i.e. until April 10, 2016.
