Alpha Trust Andromeda Investment Trust S.A. (ATSE:ANDRO) commences share repurchases on May 6, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Ordinary General Meeting held on May 3, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of its issued share capital. The maximum price to be paid is €20 per share and the minimum price to be paid is €0.01 per share. The program is valid for a period of 24 months until May 2, 2024.

On May 5, 2022, the company announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 125,030 shares. The repurchases will commence from May 6, 2022.
