Alpha Trust Andromeda to distribute Dividend of € 0.3 per share
Alpha Trust Andromeda's Annual General Meeting was concluded today with Shareholder participation of 60.72%.
During the AGM, the Company's management presented, among others, the Financial Results of 2023 while shareholders approved the Company's Annual Report.
The AGM approved all issues of the agenda including the Dividend distribution from 2023 profits amounting to €1,073,064.90 or €0.30 per share with the option of dividend reinvestment as was decided by the 5-year Dividend Reinvestment Program (2023 - 2028) which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 26.07.2023. The above amount will be increased after adjusting for the company's own shares at the record date.
The NAV performance year-to-date has reached 2.46% while NAV per share amounts to €8.58. The company's stock price is trading at a discount of 20.74% compared to the last 52-week average of 17.55%.
