Advanced Nano Products Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A121600) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares for KRW 2,000 million under the contract with Hana Financial Investment Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until October 22, 2020. As of April 21, 2020, the company had 289,659 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 0 shares in treasury under other capacities.
Advanced Nano Products Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of nano materials.
