Accel, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 3,279.13 million compared to MXN 2,451.05 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 81.59 million compared to MXN 78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.431665 compared to MXN 0.412666 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.431665 compared to MXN 0.412666 a year ago.
Accel SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the provision of outsourcing solutions. The Companyâs main activities are structured in two areas: Logistics Services, which offers such services as merchandise transport, warehousing, inventory administration and distribution center management, among others, and Manufacturing, which specializes in the production, packaging and sale of candies, sweets and dried fruits. In addition, it is involved in the real estate sector. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Almacenadora Accel SA, Elamex SA de CV, Accel Comercial SA de CV, Accel Servicios SA de CV, Accel Distribucion SA de CV, Servilogistics de Mexico SA de CV, Servicios Administrativos Accel SA de CV, Administradora de Servicios Accel SA de CV and Corporativo de Negocios de Comercio Exterior SA de CV, as well as it also held a 11.07% stake in Comercial Aerea SA de CV.
