A group of investors signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 17% stake in Beijing Aerospace Hexing Technology Co., Ltd. from ZYNP Corporation for CNY 130 million.

A group of investors signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 17% stake in Beijing Aerospace Hexing Technology Co., Ltd. from ZYNP Corporation (SZSE:002448) for CNY 130 million on December 8, 2022. Following this disposal, ZYNP Corporation will no longer hold any stake in Beijing Aerospace Hexing Technology. The 5th meeting of the 10th board of directors of ZYNP Corporation held on the 10th reviewed and approved the transaction.

The transaction does not need to be submitted to the general shareholders for consideration.
