Ziff Davis, Inc. (NasdaqGS:ZD) is looking for M&A. Bret Richter, Chief Financial Officer said, "explorations are triggered by multiple factors, sometimes internal initiatives, sometimes external triggers. And essentially, we look at all of our assets in our portfolio on a regular basis and just analyze fit opportunity, analyze competition for financial resources, analyze competition for human resources and even against opportunities that haven't yet manifested in our business because we're constantly out there looking to expand our businesses inorganically through M&A".
