Zhejiang Yitong Digital TV Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 3.5% stake in Shanghai Jinpu Wenchuang Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) from Zhejiang Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300426) for CNY 24.2 million on June 4, 2021. In related transactions, Zhejiang Yitong Digital TV Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 30% stake in Zhejiang Dingshi Xingchuang Technology Co., Ltd., 3.2% stake in Zuimei Silu (Beijing) International Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. and acquire 3.5% stake in Knights Union (Beijing) Information Service Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd. Shanghai Jinpu Wenchuang Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) reported total assets of CNY 608.2679 million and owner’s equity of CNY 588.1885 million for March 31, 2021. The transaction is subject to be approved by Zhejiang Talent's shareholders. On June 4, 2021, the 10th session of the Zhejiang Talent's 4th Directorate and the 10th session of Zhejiang Talent's 4th Supervisory Board approved the transaction. The transaction was also approved by Zhejiang Radio & TV Group., parent company of Zhejiang Yitong Digital TV Investment Co., Ltd.
Zhejiang Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the investment, production, promotion, and distribution of TV plays. The Company is also involved in the investment, production, promotion, and distribution of films, artists agency and related services, television drama post production, as well as television advertising production and related services.
